Brussels, Belgium

We decided to spend a day and a half in Brussels, just to give us a feel for the city, and to allow us to eat Belgian Waffles in Belgium (and they are nicer there). On almost every corner, there was a waffle stall... Its great when you go to places and all the cliches come true :P.Brussels main attraction is the Grande Place, the centre of the city, and it was an impressive piece of architecture, totally understated by my little photo.

After exploring the city for a day, we headed to another of Brussels' major attractions... Mini-Europe, a miniature town (similar to Cockington Green in Canberra), with models representing major attractions from each of the member states of the EU.
