Random | July 2018

This month was another 'random' month, with lots going on but nothing big at the same time...

Mum & Dad went to their first black-tie ball, a charity event arranged through mum's work...and the first time dad's worn a tux.

Keira spent a surprising amount of time in packaging...both bubble wrap and boxes.

 The school disco theme was superhero's... Claire went as Batgirl, Keira as a Dementor....

 Dad's very scary attempt at makeup.

At Mindquest, Claire won the LEGO Robotics competition.

And really started to relish being taller than mum!

We also started a bike-riding, park-going trend...

And finally a nice drawing by Keira.

Semarang 2018 | Congratulations Merry & Freddy

This month we had a quick trip to Indonesia to join Merry & Freddy for their wedding celebrations.

We started the trip with a couple of days in Semarang... First up is some photos of Mummy's childhood home in Petemesan.

 Claire had a nice haircut...

Then onto Surabaya for the big wedding celebrations.

We then travelled from Surabaya to Batam, to visit the Zoo and Theme Parks.

And then back to Surabaya to head home.  While there Claire chose a birthday present (that was difficult to get home!
