CNY Dinner @ Luque's House

Heya...today, whilst the family went off to Genting for a couple of days, we headed to Auntie Luque's house to celebrate Chinese New Year with her family...


Once again, I was a star, and I collected quite a few little red packets...


I also ate more than my share of goodies...including bakwa, tofu, chocolate, cakes, biscuits, pistachios, mandarins, nectarine, noodles...hmm what else did I manage to eat...


Unfortunately I didn't get a photo of me with dear Auntie Luque... Hopefully she got one and will send it to me... Until then... Good night...

The first day of the year...

This morning was the first day of the year of the Ox... So what better way to celebrate than a photo with my lovely cousin Ce Shelda... If you look closely, you'll see we have the same dress!!!

We went to Ikea today (its one of the few places actually open today)...


I love Ikea toys...


In the toy section there's a little slide which was okay...

But I wanted to go into the proper play area...but apparently I'm not big enough yet... so I just got left outside watching all the fun happening in the inside :(...

Chinese New Year Reuninon Dinner

Today we went to Long Beach Seafood to have a reunion dinner with my family from Indonesia...

We walked all the way up the hill after dinner to have Ben and Jerry's, but it was closed!!!


But at least we got to pose along the way...


We even sat down out front and took a photo, pretending we were actually eating there!


We then went over to Chinatown...but there were so many people, unless I sat on Daddy's shoulder I couldn't see a thing!!!

Swimming with Mummy

Hola... Since we have such a big night planned tonight, Mummy and daddy stayed home to let me rest and swim... Finally, mummy took me swimming so daddy could take photos!!!


I can swim all by myself these days...


Mummy and I were checking something out...

Mummy's still a better swimmer than me...but not for too much longer...

The family has arrived...

Hola... Last night my family from Surabaya and Semarang arrived for Chinese New Year... So today, we spent the day at Orchard with them (after Daddy took me for a swim in the morning)...

I wore a new outfit today that I got from Mummy Siannie...


By the time we left the house, it was time for some lunch... We stopped in a little pasta cafe...


Where I fed myself some spaghetti...

I enjoy this eating business...



After that we went shopping...and I bought a couple of pairs of shoes...


Before going outside to watch the band playing...

I'm Dorothy...

Hola... Mummy and daddy made me get all dressed up and go downstairs nice and early, as grandma was a little upset that I didn't take a photo with the hat and dress she sent me... So...here it is...

What, were you expecting me to be dancing :P


The hat's actually from Auntie Karen, and honestly, I love both the hat and dress...and had so much fun wearing them today... :)


We got to the shops a little early (they were all closed), so we had a snack and a drink at a cafe...


And then a coffee outside waiting for mummy's hair appointment...


After all that work, we had lunch (notice the chip in my hand again)...


And then went shopping...


Where I went a little wild...
