Saturday Splash!

This morning daddy took me swimming for the first time in ages...I think its been close to 6 weeks since I was last in the pool!!! What slack parents I have.

Mummy and daddy bought me some floats to help me swim, and although I didn't like the feel of them at first, they do help me stay up the right way in the pool!

See, I'm floating all by myself!

Our pool's water fountains are quite fun...they splash all over the place...

All wrapped up and ready to go back home...

A quick pose...

And, a video of me splashing around in the fountain!

Hong Kong & Schenzen

Howdy All... I'm back in Singapore after almost a week away, and I've brought back some pictures, and a video for you.

We've been in Hong Kong with mummy's family...

Before we start on the holiday pics, here are a couple from the week before last!

I've learnt how to climb up on daddy, and then get onto the top of the couch...this picture shows how chubby my legs are getting.

Haha...now I'm on the outside, we'll lock those toys in there!!!

Hello... Are you there??

They weren't home :(

Here I am at the airport... Mummy and Daddy made me get up at 4:30am!!! So mean!

Yeah! Welcome to Hong Kong! I got my first ever balloon from Krispy Kreme's! I had so much fun waving it about and bashing daddy with it!

Oops... No clothes again...

Here we are in Hong Kong Park, after visiting the DB office and having coffee with Doug. I watched the turtles and fish in the pond!

From Hong Kong, we went on an overnight trip to Schenzen (package tour)...we visited the "Window of the World", which was quite fun, and much better than the minature Europe in Brussels and Cockington Green in Canberra (well, so mummy says).

Here we are on the back of the train with Papa 'Yen... We got a lot of attention on the train, with one young girl (maybe 18) coming up and sitting on mummy's lap to get a photo with me!!!

In front of the pyramids of egypt... Shelda rode a camel...Hopefully I'll get a picture from their camera when we visit in a couple of weeks.

On the bus... Aren't we sweet...

Once again, I didn't get a lot of photos of the family, but I did spend a lot of time with Dylan...we get on so well...

He's lots of fun...

:-)

:-) Closer...

An obligatory photo in front of some red-lanterns, and a random Chinese sign..

The dragon stairs...

And a grinder!!!

Lastly, a quick photo of me back in Singapore, enjoying a ride on the trolley...

Ooh, I almost forgot my video... Laughing out Loud... You'll enjoy this one, I really enjoyed making it!!!

Orchard Mile Fun "Run" 2008 - The Videos

So...here are the videos of the fun run (just for further proof of what we achieved).

But first, here's a quick pic of me enjoying a nap in my new pram...its a bit less comfy than lying down, and my neck's a little crooked, but its quite nice...

Video 1 - Pocoyo-style dancing

I don't know if you've seen it, but there's a kid's show called Pocoyo which I've been watching, and the little boy has this cute dance where he moves his arms around while bouncing...I've almost got the hang of it now!

Orchard Mile Fun "Run" 2008

Hello everyone... Today, mummy and I joined some other mum's and bubs on a fun run... The run, from Dhoby Ghaut to Orchard (all of 1 mile!!!) was just a bit of fun, and was a girls only run on Father's Day (I guess it's to give all the dad's a chance to sleep in and relax without us girls around)... (though, daddy was taking pictures, so I guess that didn't work too well hehe).

(From left: Michele & Charlotte, Rachel & Oliver, Mummy & Me, Gin & Sierra, Puay & Caden)

All the babies had to do some proper stretching and preparing for the big run...

Here I am with mummy and Gin, with Oliver and Sierra on either side of me.

We're ready to start...they made us start all the way at the back...so people don't run into us. We were quite a spectacle...there were lots of people stopping to take photos of us!

And we're off and racing...

Once again being slowed down by the media...hopefully we'll be on the news tonight...pity daddy doesn't have a tape recorder!

And we did it!!! Admittedly it took quite some time...and daddy and Raf (Caden's dad) had to run ahead all the way to take photos of us on our journey...but we would have been faster had it not been for all the media... We even got a special announcement and photos at the finish line!

Now I can wear my medal with pride!

Grrr... you can't take this away from me!

After wards, we joined the mums, bubs and the dads for some breakfast. Here I am with Sierra playing with Mummy. Sierra's a little older than me, but we got along well.

Hello up there!

Just some photos...

Hiya all :) I don't really have a story for today... just a couple of photos.

Here I am, first thing in the morning playing with daddy... we were letting mummy have a bit of a sleep in...

This is a photo of my fridge...its significant because its showing a couple of beautiful pictures by my cousin Tyler... Thanks Tyler! I'll send you a picture once I figure out how to do it! :)

A little later, when mummy woke up, we got ready to go out to lunch...
