Singapore & Semarang | December 2019

After enjoying our trip in October so much, we decided we'd head on out to the airport again for a quick visit to Semarang (via Singapore) this Christmas.

We only spent 12 hours in Singapore, but managed to eat at least a couple of days worth of food before getting on the plane to Semarang!

We also managed to spend some more time at the Jewel!

In Semarang, we spent the first few nights at a hotel...which has a roof top infinity pool... Semarang's answer to Marina Bay Sands!

Keira spent some time trying to perfect that slow-mo hairflip!

  

We really enjoyed the rain in Semarang...its been so long since we have seen a decent rain in Sydney!

End of Year 6 - Farewell NRPS

This week was the end of an era for our family and Claire... with her last days in Year 6 and NRPS coming around much quicker than we ever anticipated.

First up, some quick before and after shots... recreated to show how quickly 7 years goes by!

This year Claire finished her NRPS career on a high, picking up a class award at Presentation Day.

And then it was time for the Year 6 Farewell.  Claire's image was inspired by Veronica (Riverdale), and she made us all very proud!

And then the last day was upon us... After a school assembly, the entire school formed a human tunnel to farewell the emotional Year 6's and wish them well on their journey into high-school!

Sefton Christmas

This year we celebrated out annual Christmas tradition with the 'Sefton Group' a little earlier, and for the first time in quite a while, away from home (and the pool!)
