The last month has gone past quite quickly... between school and work and busy weekends its always surprising to see the calendar page turning so quickly. Here are some of the highlights for the last month!
Starting with the kids favourite... Easter, where they continued their tradition of an easter egg hunt on Sunday morning...
Keira managed to get some bonus ants on one of her eggs!
Our neighbour has been restoring an old car, and he gave the kids the chance to climb on in and experience what it would have been like driving in 1922!
We caught up with some old friends... the kids are all quite a bit bigger these days...and eat quite a bit more than previously!
The girls tried chocolate fondue for the first time.
During the school holidays, Oma joined us here in Sydney for a week, so the girls tried to do as much as we could with her. The first day outing was to the Titanic exhibition at Moore Park.
Here the girls got to experience what it would have been like to be on the Titanic (before it sank!
Coincidentally the Sydney Family Show was on at the park too, so the girls got to spend some time on the rides....
Followed by lunch at La Perouse
And to show how quickly the girls are growing, some photos in the garden...
This last week we celebrated an early Happy Birthday for Grandma at a revolving restaurant in Blacktown.
And ended the school holidays with a day in dad's new office... where the girls drew on white boards, attended "meetings" and generally ate their way through the day...
Followed by a trip to see Beauty and the Beast, dinner and dessert in the city!
And lastly... meet Bob, who Keira found on the door step one evening when we were about to leave for dinner... We're hoping Bob has been scared away and won't be back to visit...but it has made leaving the house each day since a little nerve wracking...
