Busy busy...

So two weeks have past by without any illnesses in the family... Summer is defiantly on its way, with a lot more blue sky, warm days and opportunities for a swim (though admittedly the water is still freezing cold!).

We haven't managed to snap many photos over the last two weekends, which is a pity as we've been doing so much...

Last weekend started with a dinner/bbq with Kenzie (Keira's BFF) and her sister Lexia (along with Jill and Scott), which went late into the night on Friday.

Saturday was spent pool side with Damian, Sheila and Josh (and another BBQ)...

Sunday, after a yummy Malaysian lunch (Papa Rich) with Matthew & Joshua (and Jen & Ben), we headed back to the pool yet again, to be joined by Joshua & Jacob (Lynne & Ve), Jon-Jyn, Jon-Rae, Jade-Vern (Shen-Lene & Colin) and Akira & Emika (Paul & Chieko)... It was all planned as an afternoon swim, but quickly ended up as a pizza dinner out on the grass.  The kids loved it, and its exactly the kind of summer days they need!

This weekend just past was just as busy, starting with three birthday parties on Friday night (two for Claire - Emily & Akira) and a shared party for Keira (Kenzie & Lily), so the girls were going all night...and mum and dad were driving most of the night.

Saturday was spent mostly preparing for yet another BBQ...this time with Chloe & Amy (Long & Tram) and Nikhil & Annika (Nav & Ashika).

Sunday we headed out west to buy a new tent (for our next camping trip), and along the way met up with Florencia & Frederick (who is only a few weeks old), and then out to see Auntie Karen and Lewis (who is growing up so quickly, and has such a cheeky grin!).

After all that, a nice lunch in Canley Heights, a flying visit to Grandma & Grandad, it was off to Matthew & Joshua's house so dad could use his chainsaw and cut down their tree.  Followed by...yes you guessed it, another BBQ by our pool, this time with burgers and chicken wings care of Matthew & Joshua (Jen & Ben)...

After all that you;d think we'd be planning a quiet weekend next week, but no... next week is the 7 Bridges!
