After our big trip to Singapore, we headed south to Semarang, for Christmas and New Year with the family... Daddy stayed for a couple of weeks, but the three girls remained for around a month after daddy left... A month where daddy enjoyed many instant noodle and/or toast dinners!
What follows is a collection of photos from the trip... Not much commentary, but in most cases the photos tell their own story!
The girls enjoyed their first ride in a becak... (which was followed later by another ride)...they were thrilled, even when they found a dead rat on the road!
Claire & Shelda... Who both seem to think they are much older than they actually are!
Claire visited Semarang International School, and participated in the class assembly... (and had lots of opportunities to catch up with friends)...
The main reason the girls stayed back in Semarang so long was for a wedding, which was attended on their last full day in town... My three beautiful girls... (And a very happy daddy the following day when they landed back in Sydney!
