Claire & Keira have both been enjoying school and learning more and more. Lately, Claire has been a little upset, claiming she doesn't want to go to school. Regardless, she is really improving in her drawing and awareness..
So much so, that the teachers have got the class looking like a makeshift forgery factory...here they are making replica van gogh's
Daddy made a banana cake this week...which Claire insisted she wouldn't like... but after one bite (and a lot of tears) she insisted on eating two whole slices!
On Saturday, we took Claire for her 4-year vaccinations... We explained to her what was going to happen, and she was extremely brave about it...so much so that she was almost excited about the first injection, barely flinching and claiming she liked the band-aid... the second, was a bit of a shock and her defenses were down...the third was just a bit too much for her...
But as she is such a trooper, and was so good, we headed to Henderson Waves, a large pedestrian bridge we passed the other day...
Claire was sleepwalking it seems...
The bridge is massive, and is really high above the road...
Daddy's lovely girls...
Not sure what was going on here...but looks like the start of a music video!
Claire made sure she was the fastest on the way back...she's recently a bit obsessed with being first at everything she does...
While Keira is still trying to catch up, but made a mighty effort running almost the whole way up and down again...
And the girls are always happy to stop and pose!
Today it was time for bike riding and brunch with friends... These outings used to be about the parents, catching up for a nice breakfast, but how things are changing... The older girls are already gossiping and chatting away..
And the younger ones aren't far behind!!!
