Today we had quite a big day! It started off quiet...daddy went out to pick up a hire car, and came back with some new chairs for us girls to sit on which are rather nice...
We then went to the airport to collect Oma, Ie Merry, Shelda and Dylan who are visiting for my birthday...
We then went to Marina Barrage, not realising that Singapore had thoughtfully arranged to put on a National Day Rehearsal just for me... With fighter jets and helicopters, fireworks and everything! THANK YOU SINGAPORE... made for a great 'almost' birthday!
Here's the photos!
Here's me with Ce Shelda.. We love the Barrage roof top... such a nice place to spend some time...
And my lovely big sister... who looks rather Japanese in the hat, and rather Javanese in the shirt, combined with Korean food, she's a true multinational!...
We had a little picnic on the roof garden, watching the spectacle around us...
Here I am, eating and looking adorable as usual (even though daddy's hairy arms are a little close for comfort...
Another shot of my Japan/Java/Korean Sister...
Ce Ce and Ko Ko have been getting bigger and bigger... They are good fun to have around...pity they can't be here more often!
See, they even did a fly-by with the Singapore flag to say Happy Birthday!
A close up to appreciate the effort made...
Here are three of the jets... It was a nice (but rather loud touch)... There were about 10 more after these ones...
Pesky things those fighter jets...
Claire and Dylan played some football with a new friend...
While I entertained Oma for a while...
More football...
And Claire's impression of a kite... I was tempted to tie some string to her belly button and fly her....but I don't think mummy and daddy would have appreciated it...
love k&c...
PS... Here's a video of Claire playing around...
