As the year draws to a close, we've been preparing to head off on our next holiday (in late December). But we've also been enjoying life in our rental home, while our real home gets expanded and renovated. Spud's been enjoying life in the new home, with direct access to both the front window and the back garden.
As the school year came to an end, Claire picked up a school art-prize for her work "Heart" below. She also brought home another of her artworks which we quite liked! Then she went on and picked up the School Award at the end of year presentations. Great school year!
The girls were quite happy for the end of the year to come around. Hopefully next year's an un-interuppted one!
We have started the (long) process of trying to find new furniture for our expanded home. The kids are enjoying it (so far), we'll check back again in another 2 months.
Keira got her first hair cut in what seems like years!
We celebrated mum's birthday! Happy Birthday Mum!
And we dropped Spud off for his holiday with Grandma & Grandad!
