Road Trip 2015 | Wagga Wagga

Next stop on our road trip was Wagga Wagga (so I could enjoy a couple of days in the office!).  As we didn't get up to all that much in Wagga, we've combined both the to and from journey's together as one post.



Dad taught the girls how to play pool (though perhaps it was more how not to play, as he wasn't doing too well)...

The girls made a trip out to the Junee Chocolate and Licorice factory, saw how chocolate and licorice are made, and enjoyed some good food at the same time...

The girls played around in the parks and playgrounds of Wagga... enjoying some fresh country air (when they weren't at the movies watching Big Hero 6 and Paper Planes that is!)

And the best sundae ever... ice cream, nutella, marshmallows and fairy floss!

After Dinner one night, Claire joined dad on a walk along the river (which Daddy had been doing quite a lot of last year!)

The motel we stay at is owned by a nice family, who's son Jake became best friends with Claire & Keira while we were there... frequently in the pool, or in the room together with them playing around.  It made the stay in Wagga all the more fun for them!

On our last morning, the girls had breakfast with Jake in the restaurant, after he so nicely invited them to join him (at his nice spot).  The parents were a bit jealous of their pancakes and ice cream for breakfast!

Great holiday friends...

On our last day, the girls also came to have lunch with dad... and both had massive ciabatta sandwiches.

The sandwich was so big, it finally released Claire's front teeth, just in time for the trip home so the tooth fairy could find us!
