Daddy is one super lucky guy...Not many guys can take his three beautiful valentine's out on the same night to the same place (at the same time!). Alas, we forgot to get a photo with mum!
After all that fun, it was time to get ready for the next big event of the weekend, Lewis' 1st Birthday! Dad was volunteered to be the baker for the party, so Friday night was spent over the cake!
After a couple of hours (of mostly waiting)... Daddy was kind of chuffed that it worked out quite well (and did insist on everyone commenting over and over again on the cake).
And onto the real star of the day, Lewis! Happy Birthday Lewis!
Lewis enjoyed the cake so much he had to share it with his mum... In the only way he knows how, by wiping it all over her face!
All gone!
The girls enjoyed a sausage roll
And Lewis just had a great time playing!
As it was quite miserable weather wise, we decided we'd head into town by train and visit the Australian Museum, and the Tyrannosaurus exhibit.
The girls haven't been on Sydney trains many times, so they enjoyed the journey.
And as usual weren't content to sit around!
The walk to the Museum was a little wet...but not quite wet enough for the umbrella's (or so daddy said).
Claire drew a dinosaur while we were at the museum. When I asked her what was in its mouth, she kindly identified it on the drawing, and even drew an arrow to show the poor mermaid's future path!
After the museum, it was time for a stroll through the park to Pitt Street...
And then homeward bound..
