Cuties

Claire had the opportunity to meet up with her kindy teacher, Ms Feather, this week after school...  All the kids were so excited (and admittedly, so was Ms Feather)... It's cute the way all the kids love the teacher so much... I hope that for our girls the love for school and learning lasts a long time to come.

The girls hit their bikes this week... It's been a long time since they've been riding...

Saturday came and went with some gardening and dinner with grandma and grandad (as they're going on holiday next week)...

Sunday morning started (as many do) with pancakes... And then a daddy & girls day at the zoo...

Seems that the tradition for these days to ride the sky safari before and after exploring the zoo.  Today started a little differently, as we were expecting an overcast day, and it ended up very sunny...so we bought ourselves matching hats before going on the sky safari.

During lunch, they both had a turn at drawing what they had seen at the zoo... First up is Keira's zoo map.

Followed by Claire's book of favourite animals.

And finally...some very tired girls on the way home!

Though, that said, once we got home, the girls found their second wind, and hit the pool for a while...  Another great weekend...
