Racks & tracks...

Each week at school, a different class has a turn conducting the assembly.  Last week was Claire's week.  Here's her class getting ready, each kid had a line to say to the entire assembly (K-2).  Claire was confident and very proud!

As the girls are growing so quickly, we decided it was important that they learnt how to ride their bikes properly...but alas, with Claire's new bike being a bit bigger, they no longer fit in our little car... So this week we bought a rack for the car (which is almost as big as the car it seems!)

Here's Claire on her new wheels... and Keira just enjoying a pose!

Keira as usual insisted on making a video...here's her rendition of 'blah blah black sheep'...

Last weekend, Daniel came and stayed with us...the girls are huge fans of 'big Daniel', but alas there were no photos of the weekend... We had lunch at the fish markets (the first time we've been), whilst Claire was excited looking at the fish, Keira asked if she could try the Swiss cheese (from the deli)...

This weekend we celebrated Kingsley's 5th birthday... Not sure how it ended up this way, but the girls insisted on posing with mummy's handbag...

And then today we took a trip to the zoo...

It's our third visit in the last couple of months, and its quickly being cemented as a favourite for the girls...

And mummy and daddy...

The girls were amazed by the komodo dragon.  We explained that they were from Indonesia...which Keira responded 'just like me'.

Their most natural form...

Just Claire...

We didn't tell the girls, but we'd organised the trip to the zoo with their friends... and they were quite happy when they found out...

Even the rain didn't dampen the girls spirits, although they were a bit thirsty and enjoyed a fresh drink...
