Last weekend we had a long weekend, and the weather was great, so we basically spent each day by the pool and each night around the BBQ which was great.
The girls went to a birthday party where for the first time in the season a sprinkler was the main attraction. This was a pro-setup... They had a bubble machine running at the same time as the sprinkler!
This week (other than school) just flew by, and come the weekend it was time to have some more fun! Saturday was lunch with Iris & Ivin, followed by some time at the park with Grandma and Granddad. Dad decided it was time the girls got on their bikes again... and we spent an hour or so practicing (dad and granddad getting sore backs pushing the girls).
Sunday came around, and the girls had to head off to birthday parties in the morning (here's Keira in what she calls her grown up clothes).
After the parties, we headed back to the park where Claire continued to try to ride and Keira practised on her scooter! Mum & Dad were super proud when Claire took off and started riding without any help. Now we just need to figure out how to keep up with the two of them!
